They have the rights to reject you, so no point being harsh to them. It will make it worse. Remember it doesn't come as default and only for chosen customers.

Everyone on UniFi has this issue, unfortunately. I really wonder what are they doing, almost every month there will be issue with Apps Store. As if no TM staff is using iDevices and they don't realise this problem. shakehead.gif

Yes, I already got mine upgraded to 10Mbps upload speed since November last year, quietly by them. tongue.gif
They only officially launched Advance 30 with 10Mbps upload speed this year. laugh.gif

That's not gonna happen anytime soon. Even 100Mbps Pro only gets 50Mbps upload speed.

That's what people said but some said will valid for indefinite time. To me, it is not important at all, based on my own history I never had the chance to stay in the same package for at least two years. tongue.gif I already upgraded twice within 2 years and 3 months and contract refreshed twice. tongue.gif
