why only hot tempered customers will get the high priority....they educate customer to go and shout at tm point laa tu haiyaaa mad.gif ......its funny tho the case settle immediately. now even tho we report to mcmc it would take atleast 2 working days right?
*
Last time my report to MCMC also took 2 working days and my recent case with TM also 2 working days. The guy which attended to my request saying they will need to close each case within 2 working days. So I guess that improves a lot. Not sure if it follows complexity of the case or not.

Nope. When you call, they will tell you no longer valid.
100 using your fixed TM line (free) or 03-2241 1290 if use mobile or from overseas (chargeable).

now can call 03-2241 1290? That's even better!

I remember calling 1300888123 few months ago when my UniFI down for 2 weeks and end up paying more than RM20 for all the calls!!

I do remember 1300888123 is in lieu of 100 if calling from mobile.

All this while I call 03-2241 1290, never call any toll free no. smile.gif Even it says for overseas customers, anyone can call. I call all this while for my banks. It doesn't matter you call 100 or 03-2241 1290, it will still route to the same gateway.

Since I don't install my phone set, so I just my mobile phone to call and paid by company. laugh.gif These days a a lot of mobile phone packages come with free unlimited calls to local fixed no. laugh.gif

a) Domestic mobile ON-net usage (Maxis to Maxis calls and SMS’) for MaxisONE plan lite & start (excluding OFF-net usage (calls and SMS’ from Maxis to other Service Provider), calls to fixed lines, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600 & 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix numbers for IDD calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).
b) Domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage for MaxisONE plan 98, 128, 158 & 188 (excluding, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-700/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix numbers for IDD calls to Singapore & 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).

Hi guys, anyone have TM Dlink DIR-850L router? I just got the router yesterday and is on firmware v2.06, and currently able to upgrade to v2.07.

Will there be any problem after upgrade to v2.07? Thanks in advance.

All telcos can call TM 100 but chargeable and not part of the free calls if you subscribe to any free calls package.
I supposed Celcom also charges that not free.

I was not able to access internet in last Tuesday (12/07) and Thursday (14/07) within 8pm to 11pm @ Seri Kembangan.
There was no IPv4 address allocated when I checked from TM stock wifi router, only have IPv6 address but still not able to access internet.  rclxub.gif

I complained to TM CS and  go through troubleshooting with them, yet still the same problem..
I tried again by 11:30pm later and all back to normal. This symptom happened again on two days later, not sure why.  confused.gif
TM will send technician come over in tomorrow to check this problem, cause he said there are few  unifi user in my area experiencing similar problem.  hmm.gif
*
Follow-up my case... TM technician came over to look over my problem, although my connection already back to normal.

At first he suspected the DNS I changed some time ago (Google DNS) could be one of the root cause for my problem. I told him that I have been using it more than a year and only last Tue/Thu not able to access internet, which later I found no IPv4 from TM stock wifi router.

After numerous check, he deciced to replace both BTU (Alcatel-Lucent I-240G-P) and wifi router (RG-DLINK-WBR2300) , then informed me to monitor for next few days to observe is there any bad connection appear.

TM CS called an hour later and told me that the problem should have been solved as their technician already replaced both BTU and wifi-router, should there be any issue please call them back, then close my report.

Hope all good for now... smile.gif

While the TM technician in my house in this morning, I asked him about the news that VIP5 free upgrade to 10Mbps without additional charges. He said it is randomly select customer to get the upgrade, primary for those already completed their 24-months contract will be selected. ohmy.gif
Is this true for those already received free upgrade already completed their contract? hmm.gif

My contract not yet finished sad.gif , will hope to get free upgrade to 10Mbps after end of this year. smile.gif

Yes, so far those received already a subscriber for more than 24 months and with no payment issue. Yet, still selected and not all will get even if you fulfill both criteria.
