Anyone here took Surbex Zinc currently? Want to ask the pros and cons after consumer the supplements.
I'm thinking to get one myself

Practically it's just B-complex with Zinc. There are better ones available.

From my experience, i try different brand different vitamin before, some ok good effective, some make me migraine (but not my fren), even with just added one ingredients which does not even prove to have symptom migraine (googled)

So i guess vitamin chemical this kind of things, really works differently on different body, my conclusion is just stick to the one that is tested ok for me.

Unles you are tested as zinc-deficient, then I am not sure why you would need to take surbex zinc supplement. Anyways, when you say 'good effective', what do you mean? to take surbex zinc supplement. Anyways, when you say 'good effective', what do you mean?
