So I'm recovering from depression and anxiety. Not on medication anymore. So far, I feel my brains are less foggy than before but I still have bad sleeping problems. My sleep isn't restful at all, I have very very vivid dreams and end up waking up super tired even with 8 hours of sleep. I have classes from 8am to 6pm and I can't afford to miss class or feel exhausted. I've missed my 8am classes due to horrible sleep and not being able to wake up even with 6 alarms.

Not sure how to fix this, I don't think melatonin is available in malaysia. Can anyone recommend a 'sleep doctor' or anything in KL?

Isn't Arcalion something some college students used to take? It's a nootropic or something, right? Have you tried it before? I saw this on iherb http://my.iherb.com/product-reviews/Natrol...blets/8738/?p=1 and am tempted to buy it, but still I'd like to see if anyone has tried this (or any other melatonin supplement) before.

Actually, I do meditate. biggrin.gif My anti-depressants last time made me feel very suicidal and so I started meditation out of someone's recommendation. I can positively say that meditation helped me more than medication. However, the sleeping problem is still there.

I used to have a sleep problem. Normally will sleep at 4 and at 6 have to go to work. I realise its because I am taking ore workout at night and that what makes me keep awake. So, i bought this product from online shopping. I can honestly tell you that it work for me. Deep sleep and when I wake up, I dont feel sleepy at all. Even when I try to force my sleep at work (I normally sleep at workplace), I just cant. So here the link:-
