Well if only they would patch in VR support for Alien Isolation...Nothing beats getting the fright of getting a sudden face-f**k by a facehugger, lol.

I am definitely late on this but I just found out the very first Antique Coin is in the Guest House's locked drawer at the kitchen and the very first lock pick is in the first VHS Tape right at the very beginning of it....oh god, that was the missing coin all along in my first play through ~_~

Anyone finished madhouse mode?
Going to start it tonight. Already got all other trophies. Is it really hard? The circular saw is hard to use. |

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Feb 21 2017, 05:22 PM) Depends. If you're on VR, it's actually rather easy because you have a wider FOV and aiming is piss easy. Yeah, I just completed my 1st Madhouse run outside VR. Infinite Ammo (finally!) unlocked. In 2D mode though... lol, good luck on your first run. In my playthrough, I found the Circular Saw usable against the 1st boss in the main house. Those standing Molded almost always seem to be able to avoid decapitation and counter-attack soon after. Instead, those crawling Molded were easier for me to kill (Aim & hold Attack at a short distance, then wait for them to jump onto my saw). I didn't risk using the saw with the fat Molded since I'm not confident with my dodging skills. I believe it helps to have the 2 Defense Scrolls in your inventory. Paired with guarding should be able to reduce a lot of damage. |

So finally got around to playing the banned footage vol1 and vol2 DLCs. What a load of overpriced cluster F*** it is. I loved the main campaign, but seriously the 2 DLCs SHOULD have been free or built into the damn campaign to begin with.
I finished both DLCs in under 2 hours, to be precise; 1 hour and 48 minutes. Yes wtf? The stupid season pass is RM135 or $30 USD. To make it worse, the DLCs don't even have any replay value. Here I am giving cashcom the thumbs up for finally making a great game again and but they still have to stick with the old habits of overcharging for pointless crap that should have been free. Yes I'm well aware that there is still one more DLC coming for the season pass and from what I've heard, it'll be more meaty and longer than both Vol1 and Vol2 combined. Fingers crossed, because cashcom has an absolutely shit record when it comes to post release content. Then of course there's the free DLC episode.... |

Wow, now I'm kinda glad I decided to wait; wanted to see how much the additional story DLC would cost 1st before making my decision. Maybe if the additional story DLC is good and reasonably priced I'll just get that alone.

Daughters is the only one that sort of adds anything to the story of the game.
But ultimately, it's really short and it definitely feels like they just wrote the lines of script and say: "here, go... do whatever you want with it, just do something". |

I finally platinum the game. I decided to sell the game and not buying the dlc. Too expensive for such short playtime.
