Hi I have been playing forex for 1 year i got no problem withdraw small amount of money to my personal bank account.
Now I'm Getting Better At Trading Forex. My account grow larger and i wan to withdraw large amount of money to my personal bank account(50k USD or 100kUSD). Will my bank account frozen? And Will BNM come to check source of income? and if i provide my forex account history and details i wont get jailed right?
2. if i wan to buy a car i just use my bank statement and if the bank ask what is your profession i just say trading forex?

Big amount of money. Better stay safe. There is more way to bring in the money. Atleast u can establish mock company. Can teach me how to play forex? i'm just begin my forex journey...

then how come i saw so many people trade forex and they can buy luxury cars. even supercars example (hafizzat rusli and rcfx)

I Don't Know. That's Why I Post This Thread. And Do U Know About How To Buy Cars As A Forex Trader.

sorry...cannot answer that....it had to depends among other things like the value of each cars and the number of cars and at which frequencies.....
I think the best and quick answer while waiting for responses here is to ask the company which you trade with for answers/guide.

If i'm not mistaken, just declare all your crystallized earnings (not paper earnings) under personal income tax. As long as you pay you taxes, you should be fine even if LHDN decide to have a cup of tea with you.

hmm i thought oversea earning is not taxable? ie tax free?
