Would like to know the SPA price & rebates when Monet Lily first launched..I am considering to buy Monet Springtime and would like to know how much price has increased so far..any Monet Lily buyer can share? Thank u!

Hi thank you very much for the PM. I realized that Sunsuria projects are a bit pricey compared to surrounding projects by IOI, Sime Darby & Glomac..hopefully it offers better quality haha

What I heard is only HVO piece of land (Horizon Village Outlet + Horizon Suites + Horizon Square) has been sold, Korean-French village is belonging to Sunsuria, so as Jasper Square. Korean-French Village will takes 4 years. (you may check with Sunsuria staff on my explanation)

I see Olive is progressing well, Bell Suites looking good, Monet Lily 50% completed

3 main projects pending now
1) Horizon Village Outlet
2) Korean-French Village
3) Sunsuria Chinese school

Once all completed, whoever buy there, HUAT a!!

I think Tangerine Suite is very near to HTC. And if there is no progress on the HVO it will be difficult to sell this. Moreover we don't hear any updates on Korean & French mall recently. Maybe all been delayed or canceled haha

SP Setia also coming into Kota Warisan with their new launch Setia Warisan Tropika. Seems like this is really the last piece of land in Klang Valley lol
