like I said, its not what you think. What yr subsale buyers think more critical. HTC hardly moved, but ppl can. Unless you say yr subsale buyers are willing to pay top dollar premium price for your next to HTC unit......I rest my case.
for a student that do not have a car and dont want stay at hostel due to alot restriction/rules.
stay outside can have access to entertainment , sing k, movie, (shopping mall), yamcha still late late (jasper square), sport (facility at condo/uni), travel (bus to uni/ELR)
it a superb all in one package

HTC is not that near la (130m), it quite far if you been to the olive site.
it HTC -> 5 story Parking -> The olive (at least 300~400m from the condo)
