Gordon Ramsay uses "flower"
*
It depends on what show he's doing
eg: In American shows, he says "zucchini", in British shows he says "courgette"
Same with eggplant/aubergine, cilantro/coriander

I was taught in school by teachers that in UK, it's pronounced as flahhhhhh.......

but when I went to the UK, they pronounce it as 'flower'.

clearly, Malaysian teachers are not up-to-date!!
*
IPA - /ˈflaə/ (UK) /ˈflaɚ/ (US)

It's like flower, with a lighter r
fla-uh
