Hi everyone,
I am applying for my first home loan. I live overseas so I was wondering if it's time & money saving for me to use a loan broker to find the best deal for me and help me with the necessary documents etc. Time is of the essence for me because I can't return to Malaysia too often. I don't have any experience in this so your opinions would be helpful!
Thanks!

Just in case: this broker http://tranio.com/ connects you with a few local estate agencies and helps to choose a property and to take out a loan (its service is paid from estate agency's commission). So you can get consultancy for free
