I usually makan cap ayam sardine only... but quite expensive la nowadays...

What are the cheaper sardine brands... that quite sedap?

Some lousy brand taste very fishy (hypermkt own brand)
I only trust Ayam brand.

Ayam brand best and most expensive.

So far Ayam brand is still the best but getting very expensive. I like to eat Ayam brand raw without cooking but if other brand, normally cook with red onions and some chilli.

Ayam brand now rm8 already per sardine tin. Knn i never buy from them anymore.

Cap Ayam. No competition here. but can try those tesco brand or econsave brand. one sometimes taste like Cap ayam about 60-70%. but still lack of something which i dont know how to describe.

i think ayam brand the best, but king cup no bad either

all brand the brine different... I will just use any brand, janji no fishy stuffs. Then I do own special sos (tomato + vinegar + sugar)... Nyam...

no choice, buy cheap brand taste so bad, some brand even got fish scales inside, gila bodo punya kilang. i choose to stop eating sardines instead. buy fresh n cook myself better.

can anyone findout why is sardine so expensive , I thought it was the food for masses .
and mercury content for sardine is the lowest.
Tuna is actually very bad for mercury content!

so sardine is actually very healthy.

Other than Ayam brand, u should try King Cup and Botan...
