Hi, sorry for hijacking this thread. I am new here.

I was asking for a EM Plan in a shop but there is none. so I bought a hotlink sim since there was a "Sabah" notice printed/dilekatkan , i think the shop did it. but when i checked my plan, it is Super IDD Plan.

I have been googling, and i heard you can not change to other plan with super IDD.

Please, I live in Sabah and I want to change my plan to Hotlink EM. Please help me.

Fast plan ni tak best...bagi free internet sabtu ahad pun..mesti line 4g...mengarut...

Has prefer and recommended Hotlink to many of my friends, till I brought a 4G mobile phone last month. I changed my plan to Hotlink FAST 'cause I thought only that could give me the best internet speed I can from Hotlink. Terrible mistake, 4G reception is horrible. It was weekends yet no 4G line. The speeds is terrible when compared to my previous 3G line EC/EM plan. Now I just want my midnight quota from the EC/EM packages. So, please help me switch back to EC/EM.

P.S This sim card has been sitting inside my phone for weeks (beside Digi), I was considering to switch to other providers so ... yeah.

Hi,

Do refer on our previous reply on the change to HotlinkFAST to #Hotlink yea.

And once you have changed to HotlinkFAST, you will not be able to change back to old plan (no longer offered). Do not that if you are on HotlinkFAST EC/EM, you can still get Initernet Larut Malam, depending on your top up amount.
