So i just bought this new Apple tv 2nd gen yesterday to watch netflix on my tv.

it turned out that when i want to play anyhting on the netflix, the HDCP error occured, i just google every possible solution on the internet to no avail.

everything works fine (youtube etc.) but netflix wont work.

If anyone have any idea, can please help me here...

Is it Netflix Malaysia? Which location did you put in your Apple TV?

Oh the location I meant is the settings in the Apple TV.

For me, Im watching Netflix US and ive set my iTunes Store location to United States. Only then I can see the Netflix icon.

yes, even when i change to another country. netflix is still at the main app page

In that case, Im not sure what problem you are facing.. Maybe you could search the error that netflix gives. Its a code. Maybe netflix website has some description on the error

seems my netflix account is up and running ok.

apple tv i tried on the other tv, and it is fine.

try removing the PS4 connection and try with only the Apple TV.

There is a limited user can watch Netflix at the same time. 2 for the normal subscription and 4 for the more expensive subscription. Maybe you could double check on that and force log out for all devices and try again.
