erm....... new car + mods... better check with honda before you mess with it.....
messing with the headunit, adding reverse cameras, these accesories is one thing, messing with mechanical components, is a whole dif story

inb4 transmission warranty gone habis....

How come honda not fit the  transmission oil cooler at the first place if the cvt box really need it?

ah ok not really a new car...

then all is fine BUT remember this... added coolers mean that it takes additional time for  the car to warm up.... remember running things cold causes lots more damage compared to running the car hot.... if this car is used long distance then might be worthwhile installing it, BUT if you use it for short runs, the cons will outweigh the pros.....

i speak with 'some' experience with engine coolers
- ultra racing bar, basically stiffens everything, but also adds extra harshness to the ride... *depends on which bars you reffer to ofc*
- stiff rings basically get the assembly straight, imo waste on a new car but ur money, your call (no real harm done here so its alright)
-double layer aluminum radiator, these help if the car runs hot, otherwise theres no point (if it operates in the optimum temp when you drive, whats the point?) *useful if u constantly do high speed pulls/runs ofc*

haha dependslah kene monitor dulu, see if its always going warm..... but i do agree with the guy above, just replace fluids earlier, accordingly it helps?

Do you have dedicated temp gauge for oil and water temp?

Don't screw with cvt, adding coolers change oil pressure , you don't know what will happen if there isn't enough pressure ,

simple rule if it ain't broken don't fix it

and please please use original Honda cvt oil , not even branded Japanese aftermarket , with makers offering long warranties they make damn sure their oils are over engineer, after market don't give a shit

the car has one of the temps shown... so he must have installed one at least since he so confidently gave out numbers

also mls_gameryou did mention that we do lots of getting stuck in jamms...... am not sure if that actually increases the gb temp... cause nothing is actually running... afaik, it usually goes up on the move.... especially when climbing hills and running at high speed.....

cvt, no gears. afaik heat for a cvt is generally generated during acceleration, slip and constant high speed

also about the oil pressure, actually an added oil cooler usually does not affect the oil pressure much, if its seup properly, its a minimal dif (infact no noticeable change in pressure in the case of my engine oil cooler)

I've fixed/added this cooler on all my auto ride, Vios, Altis, Civic.... not a problem over the years of ownership
