hi guys. need some help here too.

im planning to buy a new laptop to replace my current bulky laptop.

1. prefered brand: any besides dell.
2. budget: the lower the better ofcos. max 3K.
3. usage: for business research use thus mostly using google docs and chrome for research and also drama streaming.
4. prefered: light weight, long battery life. if possible matte screen.


kind of confused should i buy laptops like eeebook which is more budget or ultrabook such as acer swift 3?

asus meanwhile, normally, people look at zenbook..

its been awhile people leave acer due their own personal reasons and asus starting starting to get popular among laptop buyer choice, so its normal when people recommend, dell or asus more than acer...

but do remember, asus customer service in malaysia is pretty sucks compare overseas. laugh.gif but overseas, its good..

since now acer is different than previous acer... they even have gaming lineup which is very damn expensive than hp omen and asus ROG. i believe the price is more or less with dell alienware...

For acer im actually eyeing on Aspire 13 and Swift 3. Mostly on Swift 3 as it have i5 and 256GB as Aspire 13 below RM 3K is only available for 128GB. Do you think its a good buy?
