1. Preferred Brand - HP, Dell, Asus
2. Budget - RM3 - 3.5k
3. Usage - study, to do multimedia, photography, photo editing
4. Preferred
a) 15"
b) light weight (1.2 - 1.3kg or lighter)
c) good battery life (7 - 10 hours)
d) less heat!
e) SSD
f) i5/i7 or better

I've checked out HP Envy, HP Spectre, Dell XPS, Asus Zenbook 330 & 310. I not sure which one is good. Do recommend me a few so that i can do research. Thanks a lot!
