xps 13 cost RM6800?

Is it wise to get a refurbished Dell latitude e6330 business class laptop come with 6 mths warranty.
Spec is i5 3320m 4g ram 320g HDD. Will upgrade to ssd.

For the same budget only can get low spec new laptop. Eg idea pad 100 i3, n3700 or n3540 CPU, 2g ram 500 GB HDD.

Not going to play game on it, jz some web browsing and light coding

3. Usage - Work. Presentations (powerpoints). Large Excel files.

I understand that for "good after sales service", the first to come in mind is usually Dell or Lenovo (next business day onsite service). I've been looking at Dell Inspiron 3558 i5-5200U, and I really like it. However, it is a  15" laptop.

Most of the 14" Dell do not come with optical drive, so I would like to seek guidance from lowyat forum (before considering an external optical drive).
With the exception of Dell Inspiron 3558, any other recommendation from kind souls here?

P.S: Currently not looking for Vostro or Latitude series... for RM2k+, would rather pay the same price for dedicated graphic card (Inspiron) than the more expensive series.
