recently been setting up a 2 shop lots adjoining bakery cafe in JB area, the renovation been nearly complete and expected to open soon. As we are taking second hand machine from another bakery shop and later found out that the production was below our sales estimation. So now we need either invite new investor to come in and has extra fund to purchase new machine or we need to starting saving sales fund to purchase it. Our chef got great baking skill and seems it is waste if we cant fully production in the first place. As current business, the first impression certainly very important for customer. we certainly hope that can be start in perfect way but the initial fund been utilize for other renovation/equipment fees. So if there is someone familiar or interest in partner or machine provider to bakery , maybe can sort out some plan,. after you seen our menu and you will know this plan can be work and be waste if cant start in perfect way.
