Hello guys.

Anyone use this combo and oc stable? Ive seen youtube stable @4.6ghz with h100i.

Just need feedback from locals.

How stable you want? My unit does 4.5Ghz. Stable for gaming.

Not as easy as you think. I can reach 4.6Ghz too but it's not stable.

stability wise, a lots of adjustments takes count. it's not just about raising vcore, something which i learn from the master owikh84

Mine is running at 4.4Ghz
6600k with asus z170 pro gaming
no issue at all
for cooler im using Cryorig A40 AIO liquid cooling

Thanks! Im thinking corsair i80 v2. Is cryorig a40 good cooling than i80 v2?

pro gaming board has alot of issue with rams, so please be careful.
you wont be able to detect the correct ram speeds. best oc motherboard asus or msi

OC Stable? Depends on the power phase you can go up to 5GHz

Just to be safe I usually stop at 4.4. or 4.5 GHz lol. Better safe than sorry later

thread close guys. I just build 2nd gen 2500k with H110 liquid cooler. Able to OC till 5ghz stable, but use 4.5ghz 24/7. And for gaming performance, its only 5-10 frames vary from skylake. And yup, I got cheaper build with good monitor.
