The tiles that developer provided is bad quality.  So went with 12mm lamitate flooring, can install on top of existing tiles.

After few months of MCO and waiting for stock from Inovar,  finally got my apartment done.

My F profile Sumatran teak 12 mm stair nosing is peeling off and now can see the pvc beneath the sticker.
Can I buy them and install myself ?
If so how simple is the installation - is it just pry out the damaged one and insert the new one using glue ?

It is only 2 steps that is damaged and no point to pay minimum charge for your installer to come over to fix them.

I heard the new batch colour is slightly different from the old batch but I guess no choice.
