Yes.tiles pop up is normal case now.i olso don't know how to skip it.but let me share some my experience.tiles pop up normally start from which tiles is hollow.you can start checking it all of the tile before timber flooring installation.it effective reduce tile pop up risk on furture.

Yes.laminate flooring can put on top of the tiles.tiles is a good flat platform to lay the laminate flooring.it feel more solid when you step it.

Sure.you need to dismantle the tiles skirting before new laminate flooring installation.new polymer skirting olso matching than tiles skirting.inovar is slowly phase out mdf skirting and pvc skirting.polymer skirting is our focus.water resistant,anti-termite and cheapest.

You need find contractor to create a steel platform with plywood on top.i am only can build a platform on simen floor.

Inovarfloor 8mm board is ac4 and 12mm board is ac5.the price sure got different.are you looking for vinyl or laminate flooring?

8mm and 12mm different is thinkness.ac4 for 8mm,ac5 for 12mm.now launched new product for inovar prima series only rm6/sf.thinkness is 7.5mm.for your house 800sf around rm5800 supply and install.including skirting and profile.wellcome to whatapps me on 0122701422 for more detail.
