Bro...
I recently saw your product TZ 879A New Sumatran Teak, the surface like raw wood. Do we need to do any surface finishing like polish/lacquer/waxing etc? Or just use as it is? |

Hi, is it possible to just do flooring for a portion of the room? let's say I have a big studio unit and I only want it done at the living area (e.g. TV + sofa).
How would it transition to the existing tiles and side skirtings? |

QUOTE(liang8888 @ Jul 6 2017, 03:59 PM) so which one is more durable? is it hard to maintain it over years? I've read somewhere that laminate flooring must be maintained every 10 years..does it will cost me more in the future to maintain it (eg: refurbish and etc)? |

Laminate flooring is more durable than vinyl plank.laminate is won't spoil except flood in water.vinyl plank after few months floor expansion will look small gap in the short join. But now vinyl has production vinyl click.glue less system.installation method same like laminate flooring click system.can be installation at wet area. |

Hi all
Just need to ask your opinion. Is it okay if we install laminating floor in the kitchen? Because I see vinyl is more expensive compared to laminating. And 8mm or 12mm is better? Thanks for all feedback :) |
