Don't know the part- or full-time salary,
but have read from a worker there that ... if you don't complete ALL the hours assigned to you, whether full-time or part-time, MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT PAY YOU AT ALL. Better bring that up at the interview, and have something in writing ... QUOTE(son_son @ Jun 9 2016, 11:57 AM) |

It's by MONTHLY.
You miss your allotted hours for whatever reason, ALL the hours you worked previously ARE NOT COUNTED. Unless you are ready to tell the police about it, expect to get paid 0 ... even if you worked 99% of your hours given that month. BERJAYA, does it make you feel successful? Dunno, they tied up with sompo.
Remember, if you start work and have insurance coverage, KEEP THE INSURANCE PLAN ACTIVE EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE. Who knows, the stress of work may give you "pre-existing condition", so if you want to get other insurance later YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE ... QUOTE(son_son @ Jun 10 2016, 11:02 AM) |

Should have kept the link of that Malaysian guy who pointed it out, it was a few years back, but here is a newer one (set in Indonesia though ... as usual - might not happen to you, doesn't mean it don't happen to someone else):
http://janefromtheblog.blogspot.my/2015/04...ks-barista.html ... "Muthia LarasatiNovember 19, 2015 at 9:34 PM Hi Jane! Infonya berguna bgt. Thx yaa Mau nanya, kalau misalkan mau part time tapi satu bulan doang, bisa gak ya? Thanks before! Reply Replies Jane ReggieviaNovember 20, 2015 at 9:46 AM Hi juga! Wah sama2, seneng kalau artikelnya berguna (: Hmm setauku nggak bisa, karena biasanya di tempat kerja ada kontrak kerja min 6 bulan, jadi sebelum kontrak selesai nggak bisa resign, bisa sih, tp kena pinalti seharga gaji Coba aja kalau tertarik, dan coba sesuain jadwal aja. Good luck!!" QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jun 10 2016, 11:02 PM) |
