Yup still the same for PG, crowded areas, certain instances even...I went to Scholo last night, the moment i step into the instance portal, lags to 15k+ and disconnect. Funny thing is, step out of the portal and the lag goes back down again. If you parked in a crowded area, try to login late at night and move them, I managed to do that for a few of my alts as well.

if u're disc in and out of instances, it's not a streamyx problem. it's on WoW itself after BC and the various patches that came after 2.0.3 onwards.

ppl all over are getting it. guess is to bear with it until a hotfix is done.

It's not just instances, any crowded area will do as well, or a raid. My guildies went into Scholo with no probs at all, so I still don't believe it's the WoW client itself. Guess it'll be easier to trace once the cables are fully up and running.
