3. Signing of documents by all directors & shareholders - Day 4-5
4. Issuance of Incorporation Certificate - Day 6 - 7

RECURRING RETAINER FEE CHARGES

As a legal requirement, a company must appoint a company secretary to act as an officer of the company to ensure the company follows all legal requirements of the Companies Act in Malaysia. We also provide the services of a company secretary. Our fees for acting as such are RM70 per month but if however you decided to settle it in advance, our fees will be RM720 per year or RM60 per month.

OTHER SERVICES

Aside from Company Secretarial services, we also provide other services accounting work, tax advisory, financial advisory and auditing.
