That one posted is vinyl flooring.
So far didn't see any defect on the flooring.

Facilities wise, gym room still without "gym equipment".
Developer side mention will provide some gym equipment but no date mention.
Yard will be biggest problem as the house rules mention air-cond outdoor unit only can placed at yard and only allow core through beam (no hacking).

Looks nice. I like the big windows. Most Rumawip have small windows like the Kayamas once. Saves cost. But nicer like this.

If u notice on the 2nd pic on the right wall there is some uneveness of the flooring and also the vinyl look wavy when exposed from direct sunlight from window. A proper vinyl flooring need to have use self levelling before installation since normally vinyl floor is around 3mm to 4mm thick only. They should have use laminate floor which is thicker n more wood feel but then again maybe higher cost to developer since this is rumawip

Congrats to all the owners! It really looks nice, compared to other Rumawip I saw. The hallway finish is not bad. Hope there won't be any defects in the units.

Spent so much time deciding to go for Gembira. Looks like a good choice. Unfortunately my cheating wife decided to run off with the property, so lost a lot of money.

But nice to see it completed.
