Sorry for repeat posting in both RESIDENSI GEMBIRA 737 forum https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4074035#My parents stay along Jalan Rukun 10 facing the development. As usual, no information until now, and obviously no one along the area was consulted despite the extreme density of this project along the few narrow road getting in to the project. 638 units, 48 storeys, to be honest, just blindsided me. I knew it would be developed sooner or later, but could not have imagine this density on a small hill slope with HTC right next to it. Obviously my parents will have to deal with a lot of changes, but from your experience, how does this affect the value of my parents property being directly across this ? |

Is the sales now being open ?
And what is HTC you all talking about ? BTW, never been to that place around before
