I'm rooted and on custom recovery how do I do the ota?

don't think you can do OTA if you are rooted and on custom recovery, not that I know of la.
flash via odin n re-root it, or can try Flash Fire, sucessor to Mobile Odin

reflash stock rom using odin then OTA
but since you reflash stock rom why don't just download latest stock rom
