backup > flash any Marshmallow > root + xposed

I got 4 files from downloading from samfirm.
Normally when downloading via sammobile we only got 1 file.
So which one should i use to flash via odin?

once finished downloaded using samfirm, encrpyt it
finished encrypt will come out with .zip file
extract that .zip file then end up got 1 .tarmd5, and just flash using odin and put in AP

im not sure. once finish decrypt all i got is this zip file.
Inside it got 4 files.

my phone was root with e-robot, can i use odin to direct flash to MM. i know there is a answer but lazy to google or go thru all the forum topic if someone can answer here straight away. thank

then decrypt it to get .zip file

i had that same problem earlier and wipe out my entire phone by flashing all 4 files.
