either:

1. Battery problem. Time to change to new battery.

or

2. Mobo problem. need to change the mobo.


Either way, you need to go to nearest SC to proceed.

I am facing about the same issue just that my phone cannot wake up after sleep.. Need to pull out battety and turn on again. Sometimes it will turn on with black screen to. Start happening since yesterday .

I've been living with this problem for a year, I attribute it to mobo problem since it happened even after i changed new battery

It doesn't happened that often which is a blessing

It's more than capable

even Moto E4 with MTK chip and 2GB RAM also comes preloaded with Nougat

my note 4 is facing wake-up issue. after turn off the screen, the screen dont want to turn on back... then after sometime, it will turn back on but with "touchwiz has stopped" message. anybody face this issue? Can factory reset solve this issue?

just reset my phone... still facing the issue. is it hardware prob?? whenever the screen cannot be turned on, the screen will become very hot. is my 3++y/o N4 ending its life

i think my N4 is really dying

I think my battery is died. My phone keep rebooting until i plug in the charger it works fine, and i unplug then the problem come again.

Anyone can recommend me where to get cheap and genuine battery?
