 TNB payment, Did you guys pay online?

I paid my bill last month before due date.. On next bill it show me my last month payment not effected because the tunggakan should be 0.. I pay online.. Do you guys have this kind of problem? 2 month ago payment meaning April timing it reflect on my end of May bill.. Beginning of May I pay did not reflected..

I pay mine after due date also reflected in my next bill

It is good practise to save the online transaction record for future references. I pay online and always save the record just in case. But if you make online, maybe you should check if the payer is correct. If it is, there's nothing to worry about. Check your next bill. if it still doesn't show you may need to check if the amount is deducted from your acct.

Hmmm.. Wait few day more and check.. Tnb ppl replied me because they take some day to update system.. 3 working day.. Sometimes If we pay too near with due date it will not generated and reflected..

If you paid 2 months ago should have been reflected.
Did you pay to correct TNB account number or not?
Login into your online banking and doublecheck. If acc number correct, snapshot the payment transaction reference and go down to bang tables of TNB. TNB staff sometimes nap so have to wake them up., OR just call that number in your bill and scream at them rclxms.gif

no difference that i can see.
at first i was using bill payment direct from the bank then lately the service was not available due to some system migration thing so i had to switch to Jompay
