60% promo credited at 2.35pm just now; first week, 3.30pm; second week, Monday at 4pm.

Incentives by Tuesday night 11pm or before 12am.

Statement out by 7pm every Thursday.

Extra bucks above RM150 transfer into bank account by Friday afternoon. Reflected in the app first, bank-in by late afternoon or evening. You can transfer extra bucks from GrabPay (Cash Balance) to credit wallet in order to get more cash out.

Good for frequent drivers, hassle-free top up, like 1st week, non-stop finding available outlets for top up, kampung areas even worse, don't know or never heard of Grab some more!  Too bad!

online can easily top up. Why must restrict how much we can cash out from the incentive we earn?

Now my incentive stuck in Credit Wallet can't cash out, feel like being forced to drive more cuz thats the only way to utilize the Credit Wallet.

I'm not sure how you got RM150 in the credit? I understand that you can always just top up RM20 in the wallet and after every ride, Grab deducts their part from there. From passenger, mostly we are getting cash right?

Ya, mostly is collection from rider.... unless they use Credit Card for payment, then it will show in the Wallet instead of Credit Balance.

Once achieved the requirement for the guarantee fare in the prior weeks jobs, they will calculate the incentive to be given, if one can get 200.00 after deduction of commission, then will show 200, plus whatever amount left in the credit balance. So if credit balance at Fri is 220, then they will automatically take out 70 from credit balance and transfer to bank, so leave 150 for use of further deduction as commission once take a new rider.

Feel like got many newbies here.......

we get rm150 in credit as we earned the incentive from driving in peak hour. but Grab has this system that only cash out the incentive in excess of RM150, leaving the remaining RM150 as Credit and cannot cash out.

Hi Newbie here, just switched from Uber.

Some questions

1) I understand the fare already fixed for the ride, what happens if the passenger wanna stop somewhere else?

2) Do driver rate passenger?

3) Made 4 trips so far, all ended in round RM, no cents, how it is calculated?
1st day experience, much much better than Uber  biggrin.gif
*
1. For me I will extra charge customer, usually RM1 for every 2 minutes. They don't mind paying, some even give me more for my service.
2. nope.
3. I believe the round up is favour to driver. Example, RM2.10 become RM3.

Refer this chart:

Since you drive only 2 days per week only, you are most likely be in Tier 2.
Let's say you online during all HP and UP hour, aiming minimum 1 trip per hour.
Saturday: 11AM to 9PM: 10 hours
Sunday: 11AM to 1PM, 4PM to 9PM: 8 hours

You are guarantee to get: HP (13 X RM23 = RM299 ) + UP (5 X RM30 = RM150)
Total will be = RM 449 (before deducting 20% fees) for 18 hours of online time.
This is the minimum. If you can get 2 or 3 trips per hour, then of course you will earn more.

Welcome to grab driver, pls always remind riders to enter exactly pick up location and enter the notes to driver. So next drivers will benefit of knowning exact pick up location.

Riders mostly didn't enter the correct location and let the system auto show the pickup location. They should always verify the exact pickup location fordrivers to easily notice them.

Sometimes reached indicated pickup location then rider is opposite the road.

So for the benefit of all driver, pls remind them to utilize the notes.
