I understand bonus hour guarantees now, then.  What about the 4 peaks?  Will they accumulate all trips throughout a week in different types of peaks?  E.g. accumulate the trips done in UP in a week individually?

RM0.00 GrabCar (Economy): Dear AskarPerang, from Monday 12.00am to Friday 11.59pm, you completed 90% of all Mega Peak, Ultra Peak, High Peak and Peak hour jobs at busy areas.

Gentle reminder: As communicated in our weekly email on Sunday, the requirement for busy areas is 50%.

Please do remember that you still need to maintain 50% and above for your busy areas ratio if you do jobs for the rest of the week.

From my understanding the above message, it's average out all trips for the week MP, UP, HP, and P all combine together. but I better received my incentive statement first on this coming Thursday before able to confirm my assumption.

what's the use of getting incentive when you can't cash it out cuz its credited into the credit wallet? If the incentive I earn is less than RM150, then I can't cash out. What for I need so much Credit for? I'd need to drive to get RM750 fare only can utilised RM150.

Just leave RM150 in your credit. All the amount above RM150 will be transfer to your bank account every week.

So they won't differentiate how many trips done in busy areas or non-busy areas in certain types of peaks? All trips in different types of peaks combine together?

is good to have credit in the wallet. lazy to find top up. 7-eleven not selling. tried Petronas the other time.
I also prefer Grabpay rider. easier. no need collect money. reach destination say bye2 will do. and also the Grabpay money can transfer into the credit wallet.

Hi Newbie here, just switched from Uber.

Some questions

1) I understand the fare already fixed for the ride, what happens if the passenger wanna stop somewhere else?

2) Do driver rate passenger?

3) Made 4 trips so far, all ended in round RM, no cents, how it is calculated?

1st day experience, much much better than Uber biggrin.gif

Thanks so much! Finally I got it! It's simple, actually. Basically, there are 2 types of guarantees only. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Btw, what does Flash Booking mean in the job history? It doesn't show actual fare and final fare for the job with this word.

Yes, I think so. Basically, it just divides into 2 types of guarantees: 4 in 1 peaks with some requirements and bonus hour (non-peak hour) which counts through numbers of trips done. But still need to wait for statement out on Thursday's evening only can double confirm. Anyway, thanks!

2) No, just riders can rate driver. Normally, I won't ask for a rate because the more they rate, the lower rating you will get (from previous Uber experience).

1) and 3) leave to a better experience senior to answer.

Good for frequent drivers, hassle-free top up, like 1st week, non-stop finding available outlets for top up, kampung areas even worse, don't know or never heard of Grab some more! Too bad!

Buy some top ups keep it along with toll card as backup.

Normally once used up 150 for the week, then rest for the week.

Just drive when feel like to.

There are 2 ways, one is drop off on the 1st destination and ask rider rebook, it should get back the same driver, but there is risk some other rider assign to you or other drivers pickup the existing rider. Further more, incentive may not count due to same phone number for the trip, system think driver pakat rider gaming the apps. Got ppl get banned after investigation for frequent occurs.

2nd is settled privately, use the apps to check the fare, then show to rider, if agreed the fare then proceed, but off the line else new rider will comin. Then this trip no count incentive, as well as no commission.

Got once one rider assigned to then want for 1 and half hours to go 2 places. Paid 150. Perform the 1st trip then offline till he reached final destination. But have to wait him on the 1st destination for 20 minutes.

Initially wanted to ask him book other drivers one reach destination, but since enjoy talking each another so continue lo....

Make sure collect 1st else, he ran away then cry.gif

Fare are all round up. except the toll fare. Fare depends on the existing circumstance of the trip, available drivers, traffic conditions, weather conditions, road closure may be.....

1) Fix from Point A to Point B. If want stop somewhere then is up to you to nego a price with the rider. Normally if just stop by 7-eleven in front for example a while only I just close eyes say okay only. But if long stop time then need to pay of course.

3) Grab auto round up to the next ringgit. So it's easy. No need carry coins in car. Make sure you got plenty of RM1, RM5 and RM10.

Anyone able to confirm this:
Incentive payment will enter credit wallet tonight. But the statement will only be available on Thursday. And anything above RM150 will transfer out to bank on Friday.

Is the above statement correct??? hmm.gif
