I digged around and there are many people claiming it includes everything including WoD. Personally I think it is stupid for Blizzard not to include WOD since it is almost over and their main goal should be trying to increase subsriptions, not to sell an expansion that the customer can only use for 2 months before it become pointless.

And as you can see, digital copy of WOW in online shop now showing it includes level 1-100, which means WoD is included.
