Any of the forumers apply one of the above car coating on your belover new car? Wondering how was the quality mainly glossy and hardness to protect any scratch or stone chip.

GTECHIQ Crystal Serum (UK)
http://www.gtechniq.com/about-gtechniq/crystal-serum/

G'zox Quartz 7 (Japan)
http://www.gzox.com.my/bodycoating1-3.html

My initial car was done with Gtechiq C1 but was recommeneded the latest 7 years paint protect warranty Gtechiq Crystal Serum while my new car SA refer me to Gzox coating either Real Glass or much stronger Quartz7.

Thx

I go for 2.5L 2WD CX5 due to value for 2.5L car plus good FC per some lowyat user...

I nail down to 3 international coating brand in Pg
- G'zox Real Glass (~2.xk) or Quartz 7 (~3.xk) ==> Full Inner & Exterior
- Gtechiq C1 (~2.xk) or Crystal Serum (~4k) ==> Full Inner & Exterior
- Sierraglow Blue Flame (~2.2k) ==> Exterior Only

Inner = Dashboard, door panel and leather seat for inner coating
G'zox Nano Titanum Inner Coating not mainly for damage protection but more on antibacteria, odor etc.
Gtechiq L1 Leather and C6 Dash coating more for abrasion or UV protection etc.

Exterior = Body Paint, Rims, Headlight, all 6 pcs of Windscreen.

I did met with G'zox Nicky and Gtechiq Dennis before, both manage to explain very details as well as quite profesional for car coating. Personal feel both are good shop to try out.

As for Sierra Glow only Whatsapp with him and quite nice guy too.

PM me if wish to have their contact.

Just wondering why you didn't go with the popular choice Ceramic Pro?
I'm also looking for a car coat and it seems like Ceramic Pro is the popular choice especially in KL correct me if I am wrong

Ceramic Pro seem to be not available or famous in Penang.

Gtechiq from UK and Crystal Serum review show the quality quite high ranking as well as extremely strong. Upon done apply perfectly, it not even can remove by wax or polish except using sand papers. Lots of review can be obtain through international auto detailing website or youtube video.

CS Black TSP
- Crystal Serum + Exov2 : Exterior Body Paint (7 Years Warranty)
- C4 : Exterior Plastic
- C5 : Exterior Wheel
- G1/G3 : Exterior Windscreen, Back Glass and Site Windows
- C6 : Interior Dashboard & Door Panel
- L1: Interior Leather Seat

Some of the video can be review below:

My personal preference will be G'Zox as i did compare both their workmanship in Penang.

G'zox really gain my confidence towards their product and even after 3 years, the glossiness of the surface is still there.

Yup, Nicky is a nice guy.

Actually none of the coating 100% guarantee stone chip.....just can reduce the impact... the stone impact momentum depend on how fast u drive plus the impact angle....if at right angle strong speed especially highway then any coating also cannot tahan...

Yeap agree with this. To prevent stonechip, can go for paint protection film (PPF) smile.gif

4k after discount for new customer?! That's way out of my budget. What is the term and condition for 7 years warranty? Do you need to return to them every now and then to buff up the coating for the warranty to be valid? If so, do they charge for subsequent maintenance?

Thanks for answering.
