Hi all, anybody here working at BD agriculture shah alam? I'm going there for an interview soon as a Design Engineer and I'd like to know about the workplace environment and culture there. Anybody can share their exp?

Haha ok...are you sure? Can elaborate a bit? Because I have a friend working there too. He said got organization restructuring at bd a few months back and they reduce the benefits. So I'd like to hear both sides of the story instead of just listening to my friend that BD is bad because I just entered a new company which is really nice and only has a few cons and I'm very confirmed to be confirmed soon and my salary will be increased at this new company. But if BD is an even better company, why not jump ship? But then again, if BD is shit like my friend said, well....gg.com.my. So I'd like to find out more before I'd make any rash decision in case that BD decides to offer me.

That one, I dunno. Mbe because your qualifications and work exp are not what they want or your resume not cantik enough, no offense bro. From my exp, each time I applied BD, I kena called for interview but I went only once.

First time, I applied for Design engineer Q1 2015, went for interview, failed and kena rejected. Sad.

2nd time, I applied something different a bit : Electrical diagram engineer in early 2016 but I withdrawn my application. Then they call me 'Why u apply and withdraw? Not interested in the job?' I just got a new job : Mechanical Design Engineer. Just 1 mth in only. Somemore, Mechanical Design Engineer suits me more than Electrical Diagram Engineer. So I rejected that interview.

One mth later (May 2016), I saw again they got position for Design Engineer. This one suits me. I'm like "How ah? Just work at new company 2 mths want change job already?". Then I'm like Aiya! Fuck it la! Apply saje! Apply already also cannot confirm can get shortlisted for interview. Interview also dunno can get offer or not. HR also probably c my application and think "this fucker main-main ka?" So I applied third time. One week later, they call for interview. Now, I'm just waiting for the interview date to come and go for the interview. Really in a dilemma now.

what the delima bro? if their call u for interview, just go. and if their want to hired u, u should demand. request salary more than current ur earn. make money. and when time come to move, just move to another company for more better prospect.
