Why so outdated? Even current model also has no CD/DVD drive . I've been using one for the past year as my Media Player, connecting it to my NAS and via PLEX.

Current one already has no cd or dvd rom drive.

Macbook air should have retina display by now.

MBA is going to be the new classic MBP, you want Retina display on MBA form factor, there's MacBook for you.

I actually own a mb, mba and mbpr.
To me personally, the new mb should not exist in the first place. Apple should have upgrade the mba lineup to retina display and maybe lose the big silver bezels.

Agreed. The MacBook should have been the new MBA.

If there is going to be a 13" rMBP for 2016, it doesn't make sense to have a 12" and 13" side by side. Unless they are going to have a 14" new MBP in 13" body and 16" new MBP in 15" body.

Basically, only new Sierra, ios10, watchos10 and new tvos were announced ?

dam now thinking 12 month maybank to buy macbook... anybody knew how ? got cash but...
