Good Day Everyone,

I'm new here and need a good advice on the issue , recently found my Honda City (2010 ) had some engine oil leakage , we knew this by spotting the oil drips on our driveway and reduced engine oil.

Upon inspection from Honda service centre , we had to change flywheel oil seal that had been worn out.

The car works well after replacing, however, there is a tiny bit of oil still drips from the front part of car, which we
spot again in the driveway .

Unlike before this is like a one or 2 drop , a tiny patch that you can easily miss the spot.

My question to the forum is.

1) Is this ok to ignore, since whenever a major change to a car happen there are bound to have following small problem here and there ?

2) Is this due to the flywheel again or could be other causes ?

3) Anyone experienced the same , how it was resolved.

Thank you all.

Maybe the service center didn't clean the old oil drips inside the engine compartment. You can try to locate the source of the drips and clean the area around it with degreaser. If there are still drips after cleaning, then bring it back to the service center and ask them to check.

frankly lets ask you this... you even 100% sure only the flywheel oil seal was leaking the last time? this could just be one of the other gaskets/seals continuing to leak

if this is right after the replacement could be residual oil (you can jack the car up and check it out yourself bro

wash the engine bay and monitor

not uncommon for improper seal installation that will damage the seal

if it's from flywheel send it back
