is there a rebate for making us connect like a turtle?
understand the best effort basis but if this is always turtling, pls send us a courtesy rebate at least...?
its painful for customers to pay and suffer this slowness, being unfair towards services sector, do you agree not?

its happening like every couple day now, use to be few times a month...
