The calibration is not based on the 10 games you've played. It starts from the first game up until the 10 games that you just completed. MMR calibration takes a lot of factors into consideration, not just win/loss or high kills or least deaths or most assists. But once your MMR has been calibrated, which is 2.5k now.....you need to win games to +23 to 25 MMR per game.
