Now I have Award BIOS 6.0 But it seems to be locked(I can overclock but it won't allow me to change vcore voltage)
So Can I change to another bios. I'm using Shuttle AB52 mobo and my proc is p4 1.8ghz,codename Northwood(as stated in cpu-z)
Thank you.

you cannot change bios. you can only change bios chip (same capacity) or flash the bios to update it. you cannot change from award bios to ami bios or bios cap apek...it wont work.
updating your mobo to the latest bios does not mean it can guarantee you an overclockable mobo. sometimes, there's nothing locked, the manufacturer just design the bios that way.
i suggest that you go to shuttle website and look for bios update if available. if there aren't any...then nothing you can do.
as simple as that.
