 Buying a flat for my son without his presence

I need to know can I purchase a flat for my 17 year old son without his documents , but i have only copies of his birth cert.........Thanks in advance

Minimum age of purchasing a property is 21 and above. Therefore you cant do much already.
Placing booking can be under your name.
However during signing of the documents like SNP, the parties must be present as their signing need to be witness.

May I ask why can't your son be present during the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement? Out of seas or is this one of those "secret gifts" only to be revealed when he complied with certain conditions?
