A high rise building not only has own ESS, also has generator usually on roof top. Avoid it.
Some ESS will be part of transmission system to supply power to other developments, so volTage will step up higher in outgoing cables. Dont silly think substation voltages always lower than HTC . |

The best place is iskandar or penang island. Got sea view, mountain view, park view, yacht harbor. KL little park view or golf view then ppl shout like crazy.
