I'm thinking this issue too. Seems like both beside HTC. The earth is directly opoosite pav 2 with almost the same walking distance with havre.
The earth is on higher land while havre land is low. Lower density vs higher density for havre. But havre is walking distance to lai meng and lrt which is a plus point

We can't compare the havre and jalilmas directly. It isn't comparing apple with apple. Both of them have different entrance, facilties, resident profile, building quality and etc. The only things whc is the same is the same developer and sharing the same road.
Jalilmas 10 years can't sell, no transaction value, unless u can wait for 10 years to sell it if u manage to get one. It is meant for own stay. Where else for the havre, people buy and sell or rent out or own stay, the only challenging part is your entry price is at least around 550k, how much u gonna sell 4 years down the road. But who knows, nobody can predict. There is no other condo in bj which is walking distance to pav2 and also lrt station. It has its pro and con
