Ya, Paradigm OUG is a very close proximity to Pavilion Bkt Jalil, but Paradigm OUG is more similar to Paradigm PJ and the branding and tenants would be more or less the same, I believe Pavilion Bkt Jalil would slightly upper market with some new anchor tenants and boutiques.

About Berjaya Times Square 2, I not sure if this rumour is true but I don't see Berjaya property division willing to take one piece of the land to convert to the big mall similar to BTS KL, unless it is a mini mall version cum service apartments like The Link 2.
