Wallaooooo my friends send me this photo...he says the land beside the pylon.... Damn.... He always passby there cos he works in Malton pavilion bukit jalil city.... Scary photo.....

Dunno why ppl rushing to buy leasehold with HTC beside it. Summore 620k
While There is a project freehold + Starbucks below + golf view selling 670k only. Completion 2018 , 1st quarter. Still have units available in Bukit Jalil. Nowadays ppl so weird  |

Why buy here ? I don't understand. there is freehold and golf view facing unit available yet ppl still wanna buy leasehold and next to power Station. lolz . The price psft around 650 only. Walking distance to pavilion and bukit jalil recreation park also.

Omfg didn't know the sale so fast . I was told by the agents that the Power Plant is beside the site .
