i just scrolled thru the latest 2 pages only.. here are my random thoughts as an earth worm in bj..
the cemetery site is such a passe.. it has been deliberated since the umpteen times.. the last i remembered was when the zest being launched 8 years ago..
the more surer things to consider are the htc, the congestion of accessibility for cars via jalan 13/155C coz this is no joke for '000s of units and schooling time, etc. if they do not punch it thru elsewhere..
the tenant mix or rather pavilion of things, as every projects seem to be latching onto this bj city by malton, will not be the critical factor as its importance / catalytic impact diminishes over time vs when it was 1st made known.. like 1 of the forumers said, there is also pavilion damansara, and there is also the under-performed damen etc.
just to put things into perspectives.. bj will be and is already a great location, but not all projects within bj is a sure win.. best of the worst, or worst of the best..? dun get me wrong, i may still consider buying if i have the moolah, but i will aim chun chun and whack kaw kaw, just that the harve may not it..?
a birdie told me that the current play now perhaps is to get those private projects lower than pr1ma pricing, minus all the rumah mampu milik restrictions..
