I've met with the agent for this project last weekend. Their sales talk can't persuaded me with the HTC.
They told me the facilities floor start from highfloor so user wont see the HTC when they r swimming.

I was once so tempted to have an unit @ BJ because of the Pavilion BJ.
However just got to know pavilion is going to built another Pavilion @ Damansara Height, how many pavilion we need to have, and how many of them can be sustainable like the Pavilion Bukit bintang?
For me, it is just way too much mall in KL, Selangor. Slowly people will got distracted to different malls...Can foresee the crowd and the leasing of the mall gotta be very competitive.
Add on, the said cementery really makes me pull handbreak like no doubt....

But as for a property about half an million... KLCC area now a lot subsales depreciated, 700k can get. ohmy.gif

just to put things into perspectives.. bj will be and is already a great location, but not all projects within bj is a sure win.. best of the worst, or worst of the best..? dun get me wrong, i may still consider buying if i have the moolah, but i will aim chun chun and whack kaw kaw, just that the harve may not it..?

a birdie told me that the current play now perhaps is to get those private projects lower than pr1ma pricing, minus all the rumah mampu milik restrictions..
