Account of course they will separate differently. Impossible Jalilmas (an apartment only) will need to support the repair of the facility at Harve. No owners will agree to have a combine account. Even the management of both blocks also running separately. Appoint own security, MO, cleaner, etc.

Sold at 564K.
Last month at 540K but nobody interested.

Normally within a year after vp. However, for new development, based on latest requirement, strata title shall be issued before vp as many developers tend to drag the issuance of strata title after vp. Even worse that some developers dont even intend to issue.

So anyone also can buy auctioned RUMAWIP at open market price.
Good for investment if you reno nicely a bit and rent higher to break even with the cost.

Cheap la. Fast hand, first round kasi close deal.
1239 sqft lauch time may be over 600K plus after discount?
Rental around Pavillion Bukit Jalil is picking up the momentum.
