Most the malaysians income inrcease not as fast as properrty shooting rate, and no sign for malaysia property prices to drop due to rm currency depreciate. That cause many ppl die die must buy property rather than simpan inside FD.

u guys talking on HTC, economic bad, gst, corruption, bla bla bla, but agent promote in fb get overwhelming response from public. due to malaysians all get crazy with speculating on internal resources of Malaysia. Government also trying to cover up internal issues in Malaysia such as corruption, general election, racist, poor economic performance, education system problem, safety issues, 1MDB scandal, etc..... by push out more and more internal development by increasing country debts. all the debts in the end will transfer back to Malaysian on gst, tax, petrol, parking fees, stamp duty, car, transport fees, toll, ERP, electricity, utilities rates, etc.... who going to suffer in the end, Malaysian and your children, next generation.
