They said it's launching day where they will do briefing for the owners, collect money for assessment, quit rent, stamp duty, tnb, syabas, maintenance, sinking fund, fire insurance, makan makan for the owners + settling of late payment (some units apparently). When asked is it handing over on Saturday as well, they informed need to make appointment and subject to the unit that's available.

Appreciate if there are other Jalilmas owners here to share other infos if have.

received the call from sinerjuta last 2 day, launching event on this saturday & need to prepare atleast rm1500 for the maintainance payment...blah..blah..blah

Wa, why so much for maintenance? is it advance payment for few months?

Payment covers 4 months of service charge + sinking fund, fire insurance, deposit for TNB & Syabas, quit rent, assessment.

Any owners collecting key on the 1st appointment date, 15 March 2019? Please do share some photos ya biggrin.gif

These photos are taken today in the afternoon.
For Jalilmas residents, I think you are in better luck than Havre residents. At least, you have a covered walkway

For Havre residents, I don't see two things:-
a. Covered Walkway to Muhibbah / Awan Besar LRT station
There is a covered walkway for Jalilmas, but I don't see the connection from Havre to Jalilmas.
And the covered walkway is not link to LRT Muhibbah, it's leads to the middle of the LRT. Meaning, you have to walk under sun and rain, and cross the roads to reach to nearest Awan Besar.


b. Covered Walkway to Pavillion 2 [U]
No construction to be seen.

In these circumstances, what can we buyers do to the developer after they VP? Take a walk down the memory lane by looking at Havre brochure:-

Luxuriate to your heart’s content without the plague of distant travel, as THE HAVRE is fitted with a covered walkway, dedicated to residents of THE HAVRE, that connects to a megamall as well as an LRT station.

Amenities:

2km to Megamall 2.
5km to The Mines.
10km to Bandar Puchong.
10km to Bandar Sunway.
13km to KL City Center.
